Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy for consultations and spiritual shop orders. Last updated: January 2026.

1. Consultations

Before your consultation is delivered: If you request a cancellation before the Babalawo has begun or delivered your reading, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

After your consultation is delivered: Once your reading (written and/or voice) has been sent to you, the service is considered rendered. Refunds are generally not offered for completed consultations. If you believe there was a technical failure (e.g., you did not receive the response, or it was corrupted), please contact us at support@ifagbaiye.com with your order/consultation details. We will investigate and may issue a full or partial refund or a re-delivery at our discretion.

2. Spiritual Shop (Physical Products)

Eligibility: You may request a refund or exchange for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible.

Process: Contact us at support@ifagbaiye.com with your order number and reason. We may ask for photos. Once approved, you will need to return the item at your expense (unless we decide otherwise) to our designated address. After we receive and verify the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

3. Digital Products & Content

Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, access to certain materials) are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered. If you did not receive the correct file or link, or it is defective, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue, including a refund if we cannot provide a working alternative.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@ifagbaiye.com with: your name, email, order or consultation ID, and a clear description of your request. We will respond within 3–5 business days and guide you through the process.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or does not meet the criteria above. In cases of repeated abuse, we may restrict or terminate your account in accordance with our Terms of Service.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version on this page applies to your purchase at the time of your order. For past orders, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
